Like most businesses, we have some frequently asked questions we would like to answer to help better prepare you for your upcoming event.
What is your phone number?
We work via email in order to exchange photos and will only exchange pricing in writing. This is for your benefit to ensure order accuracy and allows both parties to view order details at any time. Working through email also allows us to provide quick responses while at event locations or outside of business hours.
What areas do you service?
We proudly provide balloon decor for Chicago, IL and the surrounding suburbs, southern Wisconsin, and northwestern Indiana. We are also available for decor in southern California serving the areas around Torrance, CA including Long Beach and Los Angeles. Looking for decor outside of our service areas? Let us know, we are available to travel nationwide for large events.
Can I meet with you at my event space?
Yes. An on-site consultation is available on select weekdays for an additional fee.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve and can fill up quickly. Orders placed less than one week in advance may be subject to a rush fee. This is to ensure we can rush ship products needed, rearrange our delivery schedule, and pay staff to stay later or come in early to prepare your order.
What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on the delivery location and time of day.
Can I pick my balloons up from you?
No. We offer balloon decor for delivery only.
Do prices include removal of the decor?
No. An additional fee will apply if you would like us to remove the decor for you. Please notify us when booking your decor if removal is needed.
How do I pay for my decor?
Once your order is finalized and you have accepted the quote an invoice to pay online via credit card will be sent to you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. Orders canceled 30 days or more prior to your event are eligible for a credit for your next event equal to monies paid, however no refund will be given. Orders canceled less than 30 days from the event are not eligible for cancellation, no exceptions. Refunds are not provided on any orders.
How long do balloons last indoors?
Many air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! Please note that a space with doors and/or windows open to the outside is considered outdoors because wind, humidity, sunlight can and will affect the balloons. The longevity of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space and we cannot guarantee that the balloons will last any specific amount of time.
How long will my helium balloons float?
All of our helium balloons will generally float for at least 3 days if indoors, but typically much longer! Again, the longevity of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space and we cannot guarantee that the balloons will last any specific amount of time.
How long do balloons last outdoors?
Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.
Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?
Yes! Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable. They biodegrade at the same rate as an oak leaf! Foil balloons, however, are NOT biodegradable but are able to be recycled. Please do NOT release any type of balloon outdoors and dispose of them properly. I bought some balloons from somewhere else, can you inflate them for me?
No, we can not guarantee the quality or speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation there may not be enough balloons necessary for your decor design. It is more time and cost effective for you to order the balloon decor from us using our balloons.
